What is SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding)?
In the Yoga & Pilates World, we call it SUPyoga or Paddle Yoga and SUPilates or Paddle Pilates. Basically, you are on a SUP in a lake, in a pool, in the ocean, going through a mangrove or Supping down the river! In a pool, lake or calm ocean, we are incorporating our yoga and Pilates practices while on the Board. This is not only challenging but incredibly good for your focus and CORE! It’s so much fun and the ‘sport’ or ‘practice’ is catching on fast! Let’s play whether its in Belize, Costa Rica, the Colorado River or you name it, we can have some fun.
