Both Retreats Include:
- Transportation from Dangriga Airport to Island and from Island back to the Dangriga Airport
- One Pilates and one yoga session a day
- SUP (Paddle Board) Pilates & Yoga sessions by request
- All meals on the Island

- All water sports on the Island (except open water scuba diving)
- 1 Day Trip to Reef (second largest REEF in the WORLD!)
Both Retreats DO NOT INCLUDE:
- Round Trip Airfare to Belize City
- Round Trip Airfare to Dangriga (puddle jumper that is about a 20 minute flight….so much fun! Approx. $150.00 US Roundtrip)
- Scuba Diving (must have a current PADI license)
