Pilates instruction in a state-of-the-art luxury Pilates studio! Pilates reformer, tower, chair, Mat, Barre, and yoga!

Adventure means Cycling on Road Bikes or E-bikes, Vineyard tours, Italian food & wine, castle exploring, Canelli exploring, meeting the locals, and private cooking class at our Villa, a private Villa with luxury amenities, and a private pool! And adding this year…… one or two rounds of golf!

This retreat is for the passionate Pilates participant who is also a foodie, and enjoys travel, local wine, and Italian history!

Price: $4,800 US/per person/double occupancy INCLUDES:
Price Includes:
  • 6 nights lodging with breakfast
  • All lunches
  • All Dinners
  • 2 days of bike rentals with our local tour guide through the Italian countryside
  • 5 Morning Pilates Reformer/Mat or Barre classes as a group
  • Transfers from Milan Airport on Sept. 15th & 21st (if you come in before or after, your transportation is your responsibility)
  • Liquor (within reason)
  • Controtto winery tour
  • Cooking Lesson at Villa
  • Chef night at Villa
  • Dinners outside the Villa (one night in Aqua Terme)
  • Access to Villa pool

Does not include:

  • Airfare Milan round-trip (does not include Turin)
  • Your own liquor
  • Private or Semi-Private (Duet) Pilates, yoga, or barre instruction outside the group instruction
A non-refundable deposit of $800.00 is required to hold your spot when booking. The total balance is due June 1, 2024
This is your chance to experience the history of Canelli in the Province of Asti in the Italian region of Piedmont. Canelli is located on a bend of the river Belbo in the Alto Monferrato.

ABOUT YOUR HOST!
Elizabeth Sullivan | Retreat Host | Pilates & Yoga Instructor
This will be Elizabeth’s 5th time hosting a Pilates in Italy Retreat (twice in Alba and the third time here in Canelli). The story is long (about how I found myself hosting Pilates Retreats in Italy) so you will have to come to Italy with us to find out. This Villa is owned by one of my past Pilates Clients who is from Canada, and once I turned him onto the incredible possibility of Pilates + Cycling + Italian Food and Wine, he was sold. I can’t say enough about this destination, Villa, the town of Canelli, and the overall experience that my guests have had. I love taking groups to this Villa and sprinkling in fitness with adventure, with Italian culture….it’s a priceless experience. I have been teaching Pilates, yoga, spinning, Barre, and overall fitness since the 1980s. Please come and join me for this ADVENTURE! I promise you will have a wonderful time.

So undersold, absolutely Awesome. The villa is beautiful with top-end everything. Everyone gets an apartment vs a room, we had a king suite (the mattress was super comfortable), a beautiful view of the Vinyard with a sunset view plus a kitchen/sitting area with a smart TV (never watched as the view and pool were unbelievable). I felt like the best part was you could do so much,  farmers market, farm-to-table restaurants,  biking,  wine tasting. If you’re looking for a true getaway, you’ve FOUND it. – Chris & Moe L.

If you need to cancel your reservation/spot more than 61 days before the retreat date, we can offer a refund less 50%.

Cancellations made within 60 days of your stay are non-refundable. 60 days before this retreat is July 15, 2024.
