Come join Holly and Elizabeth for a week-long yoga & Pilates retreat in one of the most relaxing places on earth. Troncones is a quiet beach town in Mexico that feels like Mexico was 40 years ago. The Villa is an amazing property that was created out of love and romance and is an exclusive and safe gated compound. 

Villa Milagro is privately cradled on the Pacific beaches of Troncones, Mexico, you will wake up each morning in your very own, completely private, luxury beachfront estate.

Holly and Elizabeth held their first retreat together in February of 2022 with great success! They are collaborating on bringing you another amazing and elevated experience physically, mentally, and spiritually. 

Accommodations and Rates

We are taking 10 women with us!

5 Milagro Bedroom Suites: $2,600 USD per person (2 women in each room) 

Deposit: $500.00 USD (NON-REFUNDABLE) to hold your spot, due at the time of booking.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS & FACILITATORS

I  have been teaching yoga since 2007. Elizabeth was the one who started me on my journey. I am so grateful to her for so many reasons. She is my rock and has been since 1979.
I received both my 200 and 500-hour training through The Yoga Center of Minneapolis. My journey began in Ashtanga and has evolved to all levels of Vinyasa. I am certified in Yin, Chair, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Ohmassage. I hope to give you an Ohmassage on our retreat. Ohmassage is a form of Thai yoga for more than 1-4 people. It’s yummy! I am committed to the therapeutic yoga practice of Avita and I am also a Reiki practitioner. I like to blend the best of all my training into a sweet spiritual yoga experience. I created a universal brand called “Love Peace”. I teach “Love Peace “ workshops. They are all about soul connection to self and others.
I currently teach at Yoga Center Retreat in their teacher training program and also offer drop-in classes and workshops. I hope you can Zoom in with me sometime!
I have a private practice where I work exclusively with one on one clients in person and via ZOOM. I have a great love affair with yoga.

Holly is available for Ohmassage for 2-4 people. $120 for the hour split 2-4 ways.

Elizabeth has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years. Her background stems from an extensive dance career of performing internationally, commercially, and in theatres. She has been teaching Pilates,  yoga, and Barre since 2001 and has a deep love of helping people feel better within their own bodies and teaching clients the correct alignment and fundamentals. She is currently teaching all over the Vail Valley. She loves hosting wellness retreats to introduce the concept of ‘self-realignment’ and recovery for those that are open to expanding, changing, and getting to the root of their soul. Elizabeth started a new career three years ago…..she is a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Colorado Properties in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

She has raised three children (now young adults) and has a passion for skiing, cycling, SUPing, laughing, and loving!
She started AbBunDance Adventures to create a sense of excitement, accomplishment, and renewal within a vacation and retreat.

Elizabeth is available for private Mat Pilates or yoga: $90 per hour

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation/spot more than 61 days prior to the retreat date, we are able to offer a refund of less than 50%.

Cancellations made within 60 days of your stay are non-refundable.

Covid-19 Protocol: The health and safety of our retreat goers and the people of Troncones are our primary concerns. Outdoor yoga classes and dining provide some built-in safety, but we will still be practicing safe social distancing during classes and request that everyone bring masks for the times we may be indoors. The retreat venue is also taking necessary precautions during classes and at meals.
